We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products. Please review our returns policy below for detailed guidelines.
1. Faulty or Malfunctioning Items:
Returns within 30 Days: If a fault occurs within 30 days of purchase, Triple H Distribution will provide support in accordance with the manufacturer's policy. All return costs will be borne by Triple H Distribution.
Returns after 30 Days: For faults occurring beyond 30 days of purchase, support will be provided according to the manufacturer's policy, with return costs borne by the consumer.
2. Incorrectly Purchased or Delivered Items:
Incorrectly Ordered or Unwanted Items (within 14 Days): Items that are incorrectly ordered, unwanted, or not as expected may be returned within 14 days of purchase, provided they are sealed and unused. A courier fee and a 15% handling fee will apply.
Incorrectly Delivered Items (within 14 Days): Incorrectly delivered items can be returned within 14 days of purchase at no cost to you. For the fastest service, check the goods upon delivery and reject any incorrect items, and we will resend the correct goods.
3. Non-Returnable Items:
Opened or downloaded software
Perishable items like batteries
Custom-configured or built-to-order products
Clearance items marked as "Final Sale"
4. Return Process:
Log a Return Request: Log a return request on our portal and specify the reason for return or

Follow Instructions: An agent will guide you based on the nature of your return.
Packaging: For faulty or malfunctioning items, ensure they are in their original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
Courier Costs: For returns after 30 days or for incorrectly ordered items, courier charges will be based on item size and location.
5. Refunds:
Items will be inspected by the manufacturer or its agent. Once approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment, subject to your card issuer's policies.
6. Exchanges:
Defective or damaged items can be exchanged for the same product. Contact us at sales@triplehgroup.co.za for instructions.
7. Warranty Returns:
For items under a manufacturer’s warranty, refer to the warranty information provided or visit the manufacturer’s website.
